Outside the Country Visa Application – Investor/Partner

An outside the country visa application is submitted when the applicant is not physically present in the UAE at the time of application.

The visa request is submitted while the applicant is abroad

Upon approval, an Entry Permit is issued

The applicant must enter the UAE using the Entry Permit in order to continue the visa process

After entry, the remaining steps are completed, including medical examination, Emirates ID biometrics, and residence visa stamping

Bank Statements (Last 3 Months)Maintaining a minimum balance as per declared share capital (minimum AED 50,000)
Latest UAE Utility BillDEWA or equivalent, under the visa holder's name (if previously in UAE)

Share Capital / Visa Limits

  • Minimum individual share capital: AED 50,000
  • Investor visa: applicant must be the sole shareholder
  • Partner visa: maximum 2 visas per company (additional restrictions may apply)

Corporate Bank Statement Requirements

  • Provide the last 3 months of bank statements
  • Current balance must be equal to or higher than the declared share capital (minimum AED 50,000)
  • Must show a consistent transaction history
  • Personal accounts are acceptable only if the company is recently incorporated
  • Joint accounts are not accepted
  • Overseas accounts may be considered at the authorities' discretion

Coordination with the relevant authorities

Entry Permit application

Medical examination appointment scheduling and coordination

Residence Permit application

Emirates ID application and biometrics coordination

Preparation of the standard employment contract

Health insurance coordination related to the employee's new visa application (if applicable); limited to a standard policy required for visa purposes only.

Ongoing communication with the applicant and Q&A support throughout the visa process

Daily status updates

Collection and delivery of issued documents and cards to the applicant

Pick-up and drop-off for medical examination appointments
